ANKO’s SR-27 is the world’s first Spring Roll machine that can produce vegan Spring Rolls at the rate of 1.4sec/piece. The unique filling system can process 100% vegetable fillings without texture enhancers in a “pressure-free” hopper, which also retains the original flavors and texture of the vegetables. SR-27’s meticulous rolling mechanism simulates hand rolling process; it is designed to form Spring Rolls with wrappers with different textures and various filling ingredients to create light and crispy or soft and delectable products. “3 minutes to disassemble, 20 minutes to clean, and 5 minutes to reassemble.” 
This machine is compact, easy to use, clean, and maintain. It takes one employee 3 minutes to disassemble, 20 minutes to clean, and 5 minutes to reassemble it. It is an excellent production tool that can significantly reduce the labor and space required for Spring Roll production.
